While our nutritionists offer expert guidance and support, the choices you make regarding your diet are entirely up to you. It is essential to follow the prescribed plan as closely as possible to maximize the effectiveness of the program.

By accessing and browsing our website, you acknowledge that your use is subject to these terms and conditions. All content, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Healthy Owl Wellness and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Any reproduction, alteration, distribution, or use of our website content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. 

Payment Terms 

To confirm your commitment and ensure uninterrupted service, full payment is required at the time of enrolment. This allows us to provide you with the best possible experience throughout your program. 

Program Upgrades 

You may upgrade your program within a designated period after starting, but downgrades are not permitted. This policy helps maintain the integrity and consistency of our offerings, ensuring you receive optimal support for your needs. 

Supplement Recommendations 

Our approach to health prioritizes natural methods, but at times, we may suggest supplements that complement your nutritional needs. The decision to use any supplements remains entirely with you, and we strongly encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider before incorporating new supplements into your routine. You are under no obligation to purchase or use any supplements recommended by Healthy Owl Wellness, and we advise obtaining professional review of any lab reports for supplements purchased independently. 

Weight Loss Disclaimer 

Healthy Owl Wellness promotes safe and sustainable weight management. While we do not promise specific weight loss figures, our programs are designed to help you achieve lasting results based on your personal efforts and lifestyle choices. Individual results will vary depending on your commitment. 

Program Transfers 

Our programs are non-transferable. However, if a medical condition or another urgent situation arises that prevents you from continuing, we may consider a transfer request. Approval is at our discretion, and a transfer fee of no transfer fees for existing client and 30% for non-members will be applied to the program cost. Additionally, the time already used in the program will be deducted from the transfer. 

Program Freeze 

We encourage consistent participation in our programs to ensure the best possible results. If, for unavoidable reasons, you need to pause your program, please contact us for approval. However, it is advisable to opt for plans that include a freeze option, as this flexibility is not available on all programs. 

Communication Consent 

By joining a Healthy Owl Wellness program, you agree to receive communications from us through various channels, including email, phone calls, text messages, and any other means through which you have previously contacted us.

Refund Policy 

Due to the personalized nature of our services, Healthy Owl Wellness enforces a strict No Refund Policy. In exceptional cases, a refund may be granted, with deductions for services already provided. In such situations, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total program cost will also apply. 

Additional Provisions 

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full. The failure to enforce any aspect of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later. 

Entire Agreement 

These terms and conditions form the complete and final agreement between you and Healthy Owl Wellness regarding the use of our services and website. By using our services, you accept and agree to comply with all terms as outlined.
