Healthyowl Shipping Policy

At Healthy Owl Wellness PVT LTD, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process for all our customers. Please read through our shipping policy below: 

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons. 
  1. Shipping Method & Time:
    • We offer standard shipping for all orders.
    • Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days for orders within the same region and 8-10 business days for other regions, depending on the courier service.
    • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  1. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress. 
  1. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, USA & UAE Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international locations outside these regions. 
  1. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or errors due to incorrect address information. 
  1. Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@healthyowlwellness.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
