Refund for the programs are strictly based on individual program type regardless of the Tenure of the program.Â
Once the refund window is closed you will have to ahead with the program or request an non-refundable cancellation of the program.Â
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened food or supplements.

- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchange:
- If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when contacting us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Certain products like food supplements, or any items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.
- Damaged/Defective Items:
