Refund Policy For Services
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your services, please review our refund process below.
Refund eligibility for the programs:

Refunds are strictly based on individual program type regardless of the tenure of the program.
Once the refund window is closed, the program must be continued or cancelled without refund.
Deduction of platform fees (not applicable on UPI & Bank transfer)
Refund Criteria for Nutrition Services
Refunds for nutrition services are calculated based on service usage and are subject to the following deductions and conditions:
Deductions:
- A nutritionist consultation fee of ₹699 (which is waived off as part of the program purchase) will be charged in case of a refund.
- Additional charges will be deducted based on the number of days the service has been used.
- Along with that 5% GST will be applicable on the days service was used.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method ONLY within 30 days from the date of refund request approval.
Return Policy For Product
Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
